4-Steps to How I lost 7 pounds in 14 days with my Avocado Replacement Meal Plan

 

By now you can tell that I am a huge fan of Avocados. Not so much for their taste but because

of their healthy properties.  


The main reason I am obsessed with this terrific fruit that I call the Almighty Avocado is what it

has done for my weight.  I am obese and needed to lose 70 pounds back in 2020.  I am now

down 28 pounds over the last 2 years with 7 pounds coming off in just 2 weeks with my avocado

replacement meal.


Here’s what I am doing now:

1- I finish eating supper at least 3 hours before bedtime which for me means all eating is done

by 6 PM.


2- I don’t eat again until Noon the next day at the earliest and sometimes as late as 1 PM.

Yes, that means I fast for 18 to 19 hours with only a coffee in between. 


3- To break that fast I have one whole avocado for lunch. Sometimes I grind 2 or 3 walnuts

on it. At other times I put some siracha hot sauce on it to spice things up and follow it up

with 3 walnut halves.  Most times, it is just one whole avocado. 


4- I always drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day as well.


I don’t snack in between like I used to. I don’t feel like I need to.  I feel great with lots of energy. 

And I sleep like a baby.
